Ranjith Raman

Ranjith Raman, hailing from Kerala and born in 1972, pursued his undergraduate studies at the Fine Arts College in Thiruvananthapuram. Following this, he ventured to Ahmedabad, where he resided for six years. Fascinated by the region's opulent textiles, his artistic journey transformed. Initially integrating basic stitches into his acrylic paintings, he progressively explored deeper into the realm of stitching and embroidery, ultimately transitioning to fabric as his primary medium. His tenure in Ahmedabad proved instrumental in shaping his artistic vision. Subsequently, Raman pursued his Master's degree in Hyderabad and currently resides and works in Delhi.
